How to File a Complaint

To ensure that your request is processed without delay, please include all of the following information in your notice:

  1. Your contact details
    Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted content
    Explain what work is being infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may include a list.
  3. Exact location of the infringing material
    Provide the specific URL(s) where the content appears on bracestube. Screenshots may help, but exact links are required.
  4. Good faith statement
    Confirm that you genuinely believe the content is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
    State, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Signature
    An electronic or physical signature. A typed full name is acceptable as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your full contact details.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on bracestube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where bracestube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10 business days unless we are informed that the original complainant has filed legal action.


Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright law may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. bracestube may also remove infringing content without notice.
